1. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
• You will receive a notification via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

Domestic Shipping (United States)

• Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
• Shipping Cost: $5.99

International Shipping

• Delivery Time: 14-21 business days
• Shipping Cost: $14.99
• Customs & Import Duties: International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.

3. Order Tracking & Shipment Confirmation

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s).
• The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
• You can track your order through the carrier’s website.

4. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

• While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or strikes.
• If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact the carrier first before reaching out to us.

5. Undeliverable & Incorrect Address

• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
