1. General Policy

At Quirk Cover, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

  • Returns, refunds, or exchanges are NOT accepted if the error or issue arises from the customer's side.
  • Returns, refunds, or exchanges cannot be accepted based on customer dissatisfaction with the received item.
  • All product descriptions, images, and specifications are clearly provided on our website. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our terms.

2. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns in the following situations:

  • The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and packaging with all tags and accessories included.
  • The return request is made within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Orders where the wrong size, color, or model was selected by the customer

3. Return Process

If your order qualifies for a return due to our error, follow these steps:

  2. Return Approval: If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Shipping the Item: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the refund or replacement decision.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refund Approval: If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Partial Refunds: A partial refund may be granted if the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must:

  • Provide video unboxing package, photos of the item and packaging for verification.
  • We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at no extra cost.

6. Exchanges

  • We do not accept exchanges if the wrong item was ordered by the customer.
  • If you need a different size, color, or model, you must place a new order.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours if they have not been processed or shipped.
  • If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled through our return process (if eligible).
