DMCA Compliance Policy – Quirk Cover

3. Counter-Notification Procedure (For Alleged Infringers)

A. Required Information in Your Counter-Notification

Your Counter-Notice must include the following details:

Upon receiving a valid Counter-Notice, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant files a legal action against you within 10 business days.


4. Repeat Infringers Policy

Quirk Cover reserves the right to terminate the accounts or restrict access for users who repeatedly infringe copyright.


5. False or Fraudulent Claims

Filing a false DMCA Notice or Counter-Notification is a serious legal offense. Anyone who knowingly misrepresents a claim may be liable for damages, legal fees, and penalties (pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(f)).
